Matriculants Urged To Submit An Application For NSFAS Funding

As the 2024 National Senior Certification (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the chance to apply for funding through the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
"The application window will shut on 15 December 2024, and you can find not many days left to post applications. Suitable learners are urged to apply immediately to secure financial assistance for their post-school education," Nkabane said.
Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Examinations, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper 3.
Nkabane stated this pivotal moment marks the fruits of many years of effort and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their tests with dedication and assurance.
With Just above 880 000 candidates, including 727 121 full-time and 155,215 part-time candidates from throughout South Africa sit for this calendar year's matric examinations, throughout South Africa, Basic Education Minister, Siviwe mynsfas login Gwarube, has assured the public on the department's preparedness to administer the exams efficiently.

• Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges: Focusing on practical skills and technical nsfas login knowledge to equip students for employment and self-employment.
• Higher Education institutions: Universities and higher education providers here offering degree and diploma programmes.
